Brief

Create the title sequence of the graduate film you have been assigned. Use the film to inform your design decisions. Carry the visual language of the film titles through to promotional campaign for posters, packaging and online pressence.

Summary

The visual language was influenced by the film, where the main character has a betting addiction, and makes some wrong decisions, resulting in his life falling apart. The line based visual distortion shows how betting skewed his perception, causing him to make irrational decisions. The DVD packaging also mirrors this, and when taken out of the dustjacket, the image vibrates.
